No call-out fee in our area during working hours. You pay a fixed price we agree before we start, or an hourly rate for small repairs.
How long does a new boiler take?
Most combi swaps are done in one day. If we move the boiler or change the system, it is usually two.
Can you show me your Gas Safe ID?
Always. Every engineer carries their Gas Safe card, and you can check our number on the Gas Safe Register.
