Many extensions and lofts fall under permitted development. We check for you at the first visit and handle the application if one is needed.
How long does an extension take?
A typical single-storey extension takes 6 to 10 weeks on site. We give you a week-by-week plan before we start.
Can we stay at home during the work?
Almost always, yes. We plan the work so you keep a working kitchen and bathroom for as long as possible.
