Toolbox Web is a trading name of Ilias Grigoriadis, a sole trader based in Nottingham, part of Make My Web.

What I collect

When you fill in the intake form or contact me, I receive what you send: your name, business details, phone number, email, photos and logo. Payments are handled by Stripe; I never see your card details.

What I use it for

Only to build and look after your website, contact you about it, and keep the records the law requires (invoices, for example).

Who else sees it

The services I use to run the business: hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), email and accounting. I don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long I keep it

While you're a customer, then as long as needed for tax records (usually 6 years). Photos and files are deleted when you leave, after I hand them over.
